By becoming a member of Fishplusyoga and by purchasing the token(s) for classes in Fishplusyoga, you are deemed to have agreed to the following terms and conditions:
- 1. If you have any medical issues, please speak with the teacher in charge before attending class.
- 2. Avoid practicing with a full stomach or empty stomach.
- 3. Avoid wearing lotion, lipstick or strong perfumes during class, these can get onto the fabric and possibly irritate others who have sensitive skin or allergies. Be respectful to others who will be using the same yoga hammock after you in future classes.
- 4. Wear fitted clothing andor long pants over yourthe knees to reduce– less friction and to more enhance comfort comfort for avoiding the material touching your bodyby minimising direct contact with your body.
- 5. Do not wear any outfit with zip as it may hook and scratch the hammock.
- 6. Long hair must be securely tied back for your safety.
- 7. For your safety and to protect the hammock, it is highly recommended to remove Aall jewelriesjewelleries (including hair clips, rings, body jewelryjewelleries, and piercings) are highly recommended to take off during the aerial practice. T – this would help to prevent is for your safety to avoid tthe jewelriesjewelleries from getting not stuck/caught ion the fabric and , at the same time it would prevent the hammock from can protect against damaging the hammockbeing damaged.

- 8. Cancellations must be made through your account - by you logging in into the website to conduct the cancellation. We do not accept cancellations by phone or email.
Please note that Wwe have a operate a strict 12-hour cancellation policy for all our classes. Cancellation made with less than 12 hours' notice will result in the student being charged the full class price, and the token will not be refunded.
- 9. For hygiene purposes, it is mandatory for all participants to wear non slip socks while attending all classes.
- 10. Fishplusyoga team will useput their besttheir reasonable effort to ensure your safety and to avoid any injuryies or incidents during class. The Fishplusyoga team shall not be held responsible for any injury or incident which may occur during your participation in the classes/activities, and you acknowledge and accept that you shall assume full responsibilities for any personal injury or damage during the classes/activities.

- 12. All packages are strictly non-refundable; any money paid will not be refunded.
